one of the things my parents enjoy doing most (besides hanging out with their favorite granddaughters, of course!) is going fishing! so of course they got the girls their own dora fishing poles a few years ago! so one sunny saturday, we went out to baker lake for a picnic and some fishing fun! it turned out to be a gorgeous day....just a little too windy! between the wind, the low lake level and the massive amounts of weeds around the edge of the lake, it sure made for an interesting fishing trip! but that didn't stop them! they ended up trying out several spots and finally caught some fish clear on the other side! i'm pretty sure the girls spent more time running around and being silly than fishing, but nobody seemed to mind! although it was quite humorous to watch grama & papa fishing with pink dora fishing poles! lol!
